Our Mentors work closely with our Teachers to create best outcomes for our students. This position is varied and can be fast paced. Our positions are flexible and can involve both centre work and outreach work if desired.

Do you need qualifications to be a Mentor?

- No you don't! We provide full training for this position. We do however, ask that you are proficient in English and Maths. If you do not have these at a GCSE level, we can help you obtain your Functional Skills qualification.

Every child is different, so strategies are adapted in accordance with needs. 

​
